I think that they probably use masturbation a lot in abjectly poor countries. It is interesting that in India they are even talking about using television as a method of birth control. We have more in common with them than you think.
@ Raymond. Yes, there is. Maybe that quarter of the world should focus more on "self-indulgence" rather than having a ton of kids they can't feed or educate. Spend some time in the third world – you'll find a great deal of its problems are self-created or self-perpetuated.
Those primates in those 3rd world countries should try rubbing one out instead of feeding the flies every 9 months when they hit their target and the woman pops out another unwanted / unneeded unit

Wow. I kind of agree with both (sort of extreme) ideas expressed. Makes you think out loud about our own values vs our own actions. Maybe Joy Behar is actually a social genius, igniting small fires of extreme social stigmas in order to get us to verbalize our beliefs.
