The average penis ranges between 5.5 and 6.2 inches in length and between 4.7 and 5.1 inches in girth when erect. So considering that the average vagina is just 3 to 4 inches deep, most guys are doing just fine with their average dimensions. That’s not to say that size is completely irrelevant to women. When pressed, the majority of women (according to a 2001 survey in BMC Women’s Health) say that penis circumference (girth) is more important for pleasure than penis length.
