    Seriously? Of course you can, if you practice moderation. Why is it that moderation is not being encouraged, not even Michelle Obama encourages people, kids to practice moderation, self control with food. Why does everything lately become a critical situation, an obsession, we're going to end up with millions of people including kids suffering from food disorders and going to the shrink.

    Diet is what you normally consume so if cookies are what you usually eat then yep! you are on the diet

    Cookies are not really healthy at all, but a few small cookies as part of a balanced diet can satify a sweet tooth without really being detrimental to a diet. The problem is that it is very hard to stop eating good cookies after you start! One or two can easily turn into 10 or 12.
