    2 mg of salt a day is plenty low, It is called a low sodium diet; I am currently on it & doing fine.

    i dont understand the concern with what u eat.. when i tell u all i eat enough food to feed 5 people its the truth, however i understand that physical activity is key to staying (good looking first of all) healthy. i hear about all the crazt diets and i just dont understand why you would spend all this mooney dieting when u could save that money and go do a hour jog everyday
