This brings me to an important issue, sugar free icees. The 7-11 in Las Vegas that is north of the MGM has several sugar free flavors of Icees. They are made by Crystal Light. The Circle K South of the Stratosphere used to but when I visited a couple months ago they had removed it. So if you are near the MGM and the new Aria, stop into 7-11 and have a sugar free treat. I wish we had it here in Oklahoma City.

MY problem is that when it's hot, I head straight for the ice cream in the freezer. Now ice cream has lots of calcium but depending on the flavor and kind can have too many calories eliminating REAL food. Oh well.

    Ben,
Quit being so insecure and grow up. Just because the media uses a media item in a quiz does not mean they are biased. They are timely. Bachman is the one who told the world. I am have migraines and related seizures. The way you seem to take it shows that you have a problem with migraines and people who have them. And why do crazy right wing nuts always use the words "obvious and biased"? Did someone brainwash you to use those words whenever you see or read something that makes you feel uncomfortable? Are Fox News and other right-wing outlets growing an army of Manchurian voters? Grow a brain cell or two of your own.

I realized that the best way to lose weight is to really count your calorie intake. It's just a matter of eating in the right amounts and not really depriving yourself in order to lose weight .
